As a valued Taclight UK customer, we wanted to tell you what we have been doing to help minimise the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 and to reassure you that we have plans in place so our business can continue to offer great advice and service throughout these uncertain times.
Since news broke of the virus, we have been following and implementing Government guidance on business procedures to support the health and well-being of our staff and our customers. To date, we have had zero infections and intend to keep on top of things.
We have been:
- Educating the team on prevention methods (including regular hand washing) and identifying symptoms
- Regular cleaning of workspaces and areas of high contact
- Providing antibacterial soap/ wipes and hand sanitiser to staff
- Providing advice on preventative measures outside of work
We are operating as normal and have contingency plans in place to minimise disruption to our business. As long as couriers and the Royal Mail are delivering parcels, we’ll be taking and sending orders. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us.
