Every item is checked by us before being shipped to you. However, problems can occasionally occur with electronic equipment, which is why we have a very simple and transparent procedure for returns. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
If you suspect a product to be faulty, please call us and we will try to diagnose the issue over the phone; sometimes a suspected issue can be something very simple and quickly resolved.
If you have received a faulty product, have decided you don't want an unopened item, or require repair/ replacement under the item's warranty, you can send it back (in line with our Terms & Conditions). The easiest way to send an item back to us is to download our returns form, fill it in and send back along with the item to return.
If you are unable to download the returns form, please send a note, with the returned item, detailing the following:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your address
- Date of the return
- Reason for returning the item
- Date of the original purchase
Please state if you think the item is faulty and tell us if you have read the product manual to try to diagnose the fault.
Any item that is returned as being faulty will be carefully inspected. If the product is in fact not faulty, it will be returned to the customer at their cost. Please read our full Terms & Conditions, and contact us if you have any questions. There's no small print and we are here to help!
